I bought a physical copy of Battlefield 3 last week, but I’m having trouble installing it.

Inserted 1, created drive account, and source creates source. No problem.
Installation has started, the process is slow. Over 70% of customer hard drive requirements.

262145:5 seems to be a larger error code that is not unique to Battlefield, but other than that I have a hard time understanding much.

My question here and then, what are my options? I’ve heard horror stories about EA supporting Origin, and I wouldn’t want to spend an evening talking about who’s who. I have friends who play Battlefield 3, so I could use their hard drives or upgrade them (if the install worked). Or I could keep trying and hope for an Origin problem too.
