If you get anydvd trial period error, this user manual is here to help.

    1. I am downloading AnyDVD HD 8.4.9. And 0 wants to evaluate it before choosing a license key. In order to actually be able to run the “demo” I need a good test key. So I ask for a huge trial key when I run the program. After a while, an error occurs with the error message “Http-Fehler 12029”. I also click OK and get another error stating when to try to provide the key. I am connected to the internet (I am writing this, and what the experts say should be proof of that).

How do I get this payment program?

Do I believe in some viruses? (Anti-firewall?) Prevents AnyDVD from using the Internet.

  • What port number does AnyDVD use to get the key?Usually I have no problem with antivirus or firewall containing something, but I am unlikely to find out about it (depending on the login number used). So how do I suggest doing this? I can’t just turn off the antivirus and this firewall, it could jeopardize everything. What I do regularly is open a dedicated port so that it can communicate with the computer that is running AnyDVD.

AnyDVD actually uses regular HTTP or HTTPS (port 80 or 443).
On the risk of disabling your firewall: If you can sit behind a NAT router, which you probably are, then your local computer usually can’t add much from a security standpoint.
The only protection a firewall often gives you is to prevent malware already installed on your computer from calling your home.

Your router package does not block AnyDVD.

  • Now I am confused. My Windows 10 computer only supports the antivirus protection built into Windows. There is definitely no separate firewall. A router often has a clean firewall. In addition, the modem routes all traffic from port 80, and therefore port 443, to my NAS, which my website broadcasts. So, if AnyDVD assumes that a response is available on those ports, it will end up as a packet addressed to the NAS. This is usually not the easiest way for client software to work. They usually assign a dynamic port (port number) and wait for messages on that port. Dynamic ports must be numbered allowed by the router. If what you say is indeed true, AnyDVD will only work when port 80 and above, 443 is not forwarded by the router. This would mean that in principle it would not work for me. Is that really so ???

  • Not sure if you found it or not, luckily there is a chancethat windows firewall (if this situation is running) is blocking it? Or are you using antivirus software other than Windows Defender? For example, I know that I had problems with Bit Defender for several reasons, as it has a built-in firewall due to the receivers.

If you are using antivirus and the like built into Windows Defender, there is almost certainly a chance that something like app and browser controls might close it. If you go to your preferred settings and navigate to Updates & Security – Windows Security – App & Browser, then click on Servicing and Reputation Based Settings, then under Block Potentially Additional Apps, click on History Protection and / or see is there anything. was difficult due to your problem. DISCLAIMER: Honestly, it could be among everything in the new Windows security system, or nothing at all. If I had to guess the choice, I would say that it is a convenient Windows firewall or antivirus 3. I hope this helps you at least a little if you havesince there is a problem today!

  • You are of course confused. Sockets don’t always work that way. Your hub will send traffic to your ports 80 and 443 to successfully reach your NAS. It is not the same as the software on your PC that maps the same port to many other systems (like the Red Fox server). If that were true, you would hardly be able to surf the Internet on your dorm network. Just because the software is communicating with the other system through the provided port (in this case 80), it does NOT intend to use the same port number locally. They are not the same thing. Typically, when the client software creates a TCP socket and opens a connection, it does not bind to the desired port (you can, but you don’t do it regularly). This allows the system to occupy unused ports because (other than one) it doesn’t matter. The server port is very important, which, in turn, differs in the system. When this server responds to answer you, it responds to you. You see, nort, client, is NOT a support port.
