that MORON ordered to remove our “AVG Rescue CD / USB” utilities? This is the MOST USEFUL movement AVG has to offer! CHECKING AT BOOT LEVEL is by far the ONLY really viable way to scan my computer for viruses, etc. Usually at this point I just need the virus definitions (.bin) to update my AVG Rescue USB so I can proceed and you could use it. The “AWESOME NEW WEBSITE” has a link to this, although the link, as always, comes from somewhere else

I’m really mad about avg. Not only do I need virus definitions to update my entire AVG Rescue utility, I actually have multiple client computers because I’m just connecting (NOT browsing) the Internet. To the network with the remote company laptop, so it needs to be updated MANUALLY. If the problem is not resolved immediately, I will advise ALL of my potential customers to abandon their regular paid products and move elsewhere.

I’m very angry with AVG for this tutorial. Not only do I need virus definitions to update the AVG Rescue utility, but I have many client computers that only buy the Internet (NOT browse) in order to sell the Internet on remote corporate computers, so many of them need to be updated MANUALLY. If the problem is not resolved quickly, I would probably advise ALL of my clients on average to give up PAID products and move elsewhere.
