Fix Ubuntu USB 12.04 Boot Errors

In this user guide, we are going to identify some of the possible causes that can cause the Ubuntu usb 12.04 boot error, and after that, we will point out possible ways to fix this problem.
I want to try Ubuntu, so follow the instructions for the specific method of installing Ubuntu to a USB stick. I downloaded the .iso file, then Pendrivelinux 3 datastream so they can make the USB bootable.
I can clearly see what the large list of files on the USB system looks like (including the wubi.exe application and the syslinux folder).
When I try to restart my computer with the USB port connected, I get the Dell splash screen and a gray screen that says “Startup Failed” in the corresponding upper right corner.
Installation types (default): Boot from removable media, then from hard drive. The USB is new, usually straight out of the box.
Computer: Dell Inspiron 530S
BIOS: 1.0.13
Operating system: Vista Windows Home Edition
USB: EMTEC 8 GB partitioned by FAT32
I tried some of the specific advice on other help pages (hold Ctrl while restarting, disconnect all other USB devices). I reformatted the USB to something other than FAT32, but my only other option was Or ntfs exFAT (not FAT16 as suggested in another thread).

1. Option: deliver a hard disk with boot recovery
The easiest way to use Boot-Repair is to create a diskette with a program (for example, Boot-Repair-Disk, a diskette that Boot-Repair launches automatically) and loadfrom her.

Recommended Repair
- Start boot repair from anyone:
- Dash (Ubuntu logo in the upper left corner of the screen)
- or by running ‘boot-repair. Enter ‘at the station
Then click on the “Recommended for repair” option. When the restore is complete, this URL (paste.ubuntu.com/XXXXX), Which appears on every paper, then reboot and make sure you regain access to someone’s operating system.
