RegSetValueEx Error During (access Denied)

I’m having problems … every time I try to run it for the last time, I get ERROR 5 RegSetValueEx. If I change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to HKEY_CURRENT_USER using the address key, it works. ¬ ¬ Help please?
