Dell Data Protection Security | Excel Tools v1.5 Error Warning: there was a problem sending a new command to the program

Double-clicking this Excel or workbook creates a link to the Excel workbook and starts Excel. However, the Excel workbook will not open and you will receive an error message.

The error message may differ depending on the Windows performance you are using.

When sending a command to a program, there is usually a problem.

Windows really can’t find Make ‘filepath filename’, make sure you find the name correctly and then try again.

The path to file a (or one of its components) cannot be used. Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all required libraries are available. There was a problem sending commands to the program.

This appears to be a problem with Security Tools 1.5 and Office 2010.

If the problem is still not resolved, do one of the following:

Upgrading Office to 2013
Downgrade security tools that help 1.4.x
