We’re no doubt excited to launch CleanDesktop, the desktop cleaning assistant for Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

Unlike Windows XP, Windows 7, or Vista, there is no Desktop Cleanup Wizard that you usually suggest to use over icons on your desktop On your desk, and therefore remove unused celebrities every 60 days.

CleanDesktop is Small, a great free portable application that can help you clean up unused desktop icons in Windows 7 and Windows Vista. A utility for those who lack a wizard!

Desktop objects that have not been used in the last 22 days are then scanned, recognized, and listed for diagnostic purposes. Then you will have an uninstall option to help you.

Unused items are not removed, but moved to a folder on the desktop, like Windows in XP:

C: Users username Desktop Unused icons.

You can also remove unused elements directly.

It has been validated against 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 5 and Windows Vista, but should work on later versions as well.

The CleanDesktop utility was developed by Omkarnath and published on Windows the Club.
