Too many people set up their own kernel without CONFIG_KMOD
and then complain about Wi-Fi crashes thanks to Herbert For

This one makes CONFIG_KMOD defaults to “y” and may warn
that people shouldn’t change it.

How about turning off a configuration option? Basically,
is a function of about 50 lines for protection + an important sysctl variable. However, I find it completely unwise
to have modules other than CONFIG_KMOD.
