The user often creates a personal calendar or appointment setting tied to a specific project. If someone else is viewing their own calendar, thisthe person will not be able to see our own free/busy information in your secondary calendars. If your default calendar indicates that you are free during a certain period of time, other users will see you as free during that working time, regardless of what is scheduled in your other calendars.</p><p>Also, you can share your alternate calendars by simply right-clicking the calendar you want to share and selecting “Share”.</p><p>Open the Power User Outlook Calendar</p><p>Returning to fig. 3, you will see that on the taskbar of the calendar, there is an option to open a shared work.
