In the morning I installed RAC on Windows Server 2003 SP2 32-bit, HP Prolient ML 370 servers with iSCSI storage.
I have 2 network cards on your site, configured in this way

When I start the installation, everything installs the cluster software and performs remote operations, but does not work in the cluster organizer window.

I think the downside is that GFS is simply not supported by Oracle 11 on RH5.
