Basically, I avoid the annoying “data collection failed” message every time I try and/or open the img tool. This? I’ve been told that SPARK is more useful and faster to use than the img tool, but will I try to get an error if I use SPARK?

In order to properly install EzImage or AlbumGen, you MUST:

You must run the installation as an ADMINISTRATOR by right-clicking the EZIMG.EXE file and selecting Run as administrator.
If you have already installed, right-click the desktop shortcut, select Properties, Compatibility, and check the “Run as administrator” box. Once this is considered complete, you will no longer receive the “Failed to save..” warning

Didn’t deleteu configure EzImage… Be careful. Check “Run box as administrator”
