The codec ringtone can be described as not in MIDI format and cannot be converted to MIDI. You need to create a midi instrument and sound from scratch.
My advice?
Get a midi, MGS theme or maybe buy a new phone with mp3 ringtones.

Codec ringtone is not available in MIDI format and cannot be included in it. You really have to be a MIDI instrument and generally create sound from scratch.
