Here’s What To Try
1. Outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires verification.
If you are using Outlook Express, you must check the main checkbox “My server requires authentication”.
2. If you were behind a firewall, we may not be able to authenticate you.
When people have a personal firewall, try reducing or disabling most of the security measures to see if they are causing any problems.
