I may be having problems using the offline address book in Outlook.

Method 2. Disable New Email Notification in Outlook
Note. This solution may help resolve the issue with new email, but it usually does not resolve the issue with sending emails.

In Outlook, on the Tools menu, click All, click Options, then click the Options tab.
Click Mail Options, then deselect Show this notification when I receive a new email.
Click OK several times.

Open Server Management and expand Advanced Management, First Organization Exchange, Select Recipients, and Offline Address Book.
On the right, you will see the standard stand-alone list that they are in. Right-click it and select New.

If I set up Outlook on the system again, it works fine.
