The image also doesn’t appear for an excessive number of mailboxes configured from the same Exchange account.

    Note.
During normal send / receive actions and the first send / receive action after Outlook starts, the sender symbol is often not displayed.

    advice!
If you want to be notified of a new mailbox for messages recently moved by a rule, your whole family can create a new rule for mail notifications.

    If the envelope icon does not address as expected, the first thing you should definitely check is that the option is still enabled;

    • File-> Options-> Mail Section-> Family Variant: Inbox-> Option: Show cover icon on taskbar.

Unused and passive icons in the notification area can automatically disappear rather quickly.

To show hidden icons, you can either expand the notification area to show unnecessary icons, or customize the notification area so that the envelope is always displayed.

Make sure that some To taskbars always display the new email envelope in the notification area.

The most common reason for disabling this situation option is that you previously right-clicked the icon in the notification area and then selected: Hide envelope.

Healthy a way to temporarily hide the bag is to mark the message as read in Outlook or agree that the message and logs have already been read CTRL + ENTER

Right-clicking to hide the envelope will disable the reply entirely.

The envelope icon will also appear in front of the Outlook icon itself, until Windows configures the taskbar to display small icons. Works regardless of the notification area setting.

I always end up now when I have something difficult, only I know that with your help we can help two others with the same problem, so thanks in advance.

I’m having an issue with Outlook 2016 (365) where new emails you send to my inbox don’t show the entire icon envelope.

I’ve done extensive research on this topic, but nothing seems to work.

Following are the steps required to use the guide to resolve this issue:

    – I went to Outlook options, then email, then inbox, and then clicked Show envelope icon at the top of the toolbar. Tasksand “(it is disabled, enabled, I also tried to disable it and restore Outlook, then check it separately and restart Outlook).

    – I made sure that the letter was sent to my main mailbox and is never transmitted.
    – I made sure that the rules of the idea did not influence the letter.
    – I went to the system tray and settings in Windows Ten (although this happens with Windows 7 Pro).
    – I’ve tried toggling the cache mode on and off and testing, nothing has changed.

At the moment, I don’t know what else I can do to get the clear email icon to appear.

Places with a long history, I had to use SARA tool to completely clear the desktop created by my workstation, then restart and reinstall also, then create an empty rule and disable each rule / p>
