    This article describes how to minimize Outlook to the Windows 10 taskbar. The instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2019, 2016, Outlook 2013 look and feel, Outlook 2010, and Outlook for Microsoft 365.

    Minimize Outlook To The Taskbar

    Open Outlook, right-click on a specific Outlook icon in the Windows map pane, select Hide when minimized, and then minimize Outlook later. If you still fancy the Outlo badgeok on the Windows taskbar, right-click it and choose Exit Taskbar. If you can’t find the Outlook icon, select the Show hidden icons arrow on the bundle status bar.
