However, if only a few people are using a PC with the same Windows user, it would be a good idea to create separate Outlook 2013 profiles for almost all users.
Let’s say you want to share your current Windows account on your PC with someone named Toby Arnott. To see what profiles currently exist and thus create a new one for Toby, you must first close Outlook. Then open the Windows Control Panel and select Mail.
You can find these terms in one of the following cities: Windows 10 Drive: Users
You will see the Email Setup – Outlook dialog box. Select the third option, Show Profiles … and you will see an email dialog.
This dialog is used to add or save profiles or to view the properties of an existing profile. You can also copy an existing table as a starting point for creating a new one.
Using the options at the bottom of the dialog box, you can specify whether to prompt to use multiple profiles at startupOutlook or should always draw the selected profile. Please note that clients cannot switch profiles from Outlook. Therefore, you need to make sure that you have collected the correct profile when you start Outlook, otherwise someone will have to log out of Outlook and restart it with the correct accounts selected.
If the default profile is selected, you will just see the Properties dialog box in this dialog box and you will see the E-mail Setup – Outlook dialog box again, but currently without the Profiles section.
In this dialog box, you can save the email address of the account as a selected profile or manage data files. Note who can sort both in Outlook 2013 where the corresponding profile is active.
Now go back to the Mail dialog and click Add. The “New Profile” discussion appears. A
Select the Windows icon that appears, type Control Panel in the search box, and select an item. Find Mail in Control Panel, but select it as well. The mail settings chat window will open. Click Show Profiles.
Enter a name for the progressive profile – I used Toby Arnott – and click OK.
The usual Add Account dialog box will appear, at this point it is convenient to add new information to the email. ja accounts. You can also add your account email address later. If you decide that the accounts will be added later, or in my case, when I finally decide to add my own files, click Cancel at this point, you will also see this dialog, OK
In Outlook, go to File> Account Settings> Manage Profiles.Choose View Profiles> Add.In the Profile Name field, enter a different name for the profile and click OK.
Click on the profile to be created, but definitely without an email account. The new profile is now displayed in the email dialog.
You can now use the options at the bottom of the dialog to indicate if you want to keep the prompt to get used to the profile when Outlook starts, or if you always want to start Outlook with the latest version of the profile. When you have made your choice, click OK.
Please note that user profiles are not password protected, so anyone with access to the current Windows user account can access all of the profiles associated with the profiles. If security is an important issue, it may be better to use separate password-protected Windows driver accounts.and allow each user to see their own profile.
