I get this error when getting a list of the main characters, and if I’m lucky, it works for my hero, also I can play, everything is very slow, and I can not practice anything.

I also checked the internet connection. Speed and everything works, I reinstalled my router for finance several times, nothing works.

Am I the only one with this problem? Is there a very important factor I can do to set this up?

Try turning your router off and on again and see if that helps Silveria. If circumstances persist, please post the following facts to verify:

The country in which you benefit.
The name of the Internet service provider you are using.
Write the connection (wifi, cable, etc.).
Make and model of the router.
Router firmware version.
Does the same thing happen when used in other regions?

Hello again RoyalFlush.

First of all, can you check if your router’s firmware is up to date? Then completely restart your computer and turn off any antivirus / firewall / security software running in the background while on vacation, then launch Battle.net as desktop administrator and try logging into Diablo III.

I get an explicit error when calling the hero list, although Ilucky and the proceeds are sent to my hero and I can play anything, it’s extremely tiring and I can’t do anything.

I check the Internet connection and “impulse” – everything is normal, I restart the router several times, it works fine.

Am I the only one with this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Please turn off your router and check if the experts say Silveria will help to you. If the issue persists, please include the following information during validation:

The country you are playing in.
The name associated with the ISP you are using.
Connection type (WiFi, TV, etc.).
Make and model of the router.
Router firmware version.
If the same happens if you play in other regions?

First, the user can check if your router’s firmware is working normally at this time?
