Sigma Lens Autofocus Stops Working

Recently, some of our readers reported that they encountered the fact that autofocus on sigma lenses stopped working.

Autofocus Not Working Properly?
Your Sigma contact lens worked well with cameras with action figures from other brands (eg Canon, Nikon, Sony or camera bodies). Genuine Sigma cameras themselves). However, you can no longer get crisp, focused photos like you used to. Why? Because lenses and cameras are made up of small objects that move together, parts can wear out and motors can change in their spare time. Even if you thought autofocus was working fine, these small changes in autofocus accuracy can result in blurry photos (meaning you spend more time in digital photo editing software after you take them).
I’m assuming the Squidoo lens has a built in motor otherwise it can’t autofocus with the D5600. And when I tried it with the Nikon D5600, I found that autofocus might not work.
< h2> Disclaimer: You Can I’m not to blame for finishing this article, and therefore I hate Sigma lenses. It could no longer be verifiable truth. The Sigma Art accessory line has been the most influential piece of equipment I have ever owned and much of what I have created I owe to the lens engineers at Sigma. But lenses aren’t without it, and the biggest issue I’ll get into in a moment is why I’m switching.
Until 2013, the Sigma 35mm 1.4 was the best prime lens I’ve ever had . received (except for the targets supplied). I paired it with my Canon 6D and finally entered the galaxy of full frame digital cameras. The breadth and depth of that contact tells a story that no other lens in my kit can match, much less so today. Since I put it up for sale, it has become my SUV. 95% of the photos your family sees here on my website were probably taken with a wonderful lens.
I would be frustrated if I attached my 18-135mm DX lens twice, because autofocus would stall if Nikon tried to reset me, knowing that I was generally rude or drew something. I am very good with my equipment, as for me it is nothing more than an expensive hobby. I’m sure there are others who are starting to use them as tools and accept them as tools, pajamas, etc.
