Troubleshooting SSL-TCP-IP Error

Sometimes your computer may display an SSL-TCP-IP error message. This error can be caused by a number of reasons.

Why is the following error displayed? TCP / IP Security Assessments: error1407609C: SSL routines: SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO: request http: s23_srvr.c: 385: (6776)
Answer:
This error can occur if your SSL protocols do not match. To confirm these settings, first check the SSL encryption level for incoming requests from the Mass Transit server.
- From the public transport administrator –
- Select “Configuration”.
- Select the Incoming Calls tab. Communication
- Select a TCP / IP security method.
- Select Modify. Here your whole family will see a minimum security diploma (RC4-128, 3DES required, AES-128, AES-256).
BBB should checkminimum level of file encryption.
- From the public transport administrator –
- Select contacts.
- Highlight the contact with the person who discovered the error.
- Select to edit
- Select the Outgoing Calls tab.
- Select Customize. You will also find a drop-down menu here that specifies the most important minimum encryption level. Make sure the idea matches the setting available for the bulk transport server being called.
