The problem occurs on both 32-bit Windows XP hosts and 7. The hosts are running in VMWare.

Edit to: I tried to use an illegal launcher to install a package that contains computer histories for the Windows 7 client. During most of the booting phase with potential Windows 7 clients, the online services discovery window popup will indicate that a message is required to display installed software. For comparison, the installation works well whenOn the road, no inputs are required. This note that manual installation is associated with MSI displays a message indicating that a restart is required after each installation.

Help information. Error 1603 is a common Windows error that means the sync installer was unable to start. Simple steps to follow: Make sure you run the Sync installer on Windows as an administrator: right-click the Sync installer and select Run as administrator.

In most cases, this error occurs when you are already having problems installing an application that you may already have installed. Either the file you want to add is encrypted or the SYSTEM does not have sufficient permissions on the disk / folder.
