If you are having problems with the freezers on your computer, we hope this guide will help you with the repair.

Most freezer problems are related to basic diagnostics and repairs. You can do many repairs yourself, but if the repairs involve refrigerants, you will need to have the repair done by an authorized technician. Only an EPA certified technician who handles refrigerants can legally perform these repairs.

    The Freezer Is Not Working

When troubleshooting a device that really won’t start, always look for the exact cause (disconnected cable, blown power supply fuse, or blown circuit breaker) before checking the wiring and components of the device. There are many things that need to keep the freezer running: very poor refrigeration control or thermostat influence, bad starting relay, bad defrost timer or bad compressor. If the compressor hums but does not run, the problem may be in the starter relay or in an air compressor. Modern fridges and freezers use a solid start relay, and a new and better way to test it is definitely a replacement for a well known good information relay. Compressors have two electric coils, a defined winding start and a rotation stroke. If one of the programs is open, the compressor will not work. A jammed rotor shaft will also try to interfere with the freezer compartment. If all the compressors are defective, each technician must replace them. A cold weather dial stuck open or a defrost timer stuck in a defrost position will also try to interfere with the freezer compartment.

    Find Components

Freezers are supplied with diagrams on the back of the device or inside their converter compartments. The block diagram shows the specific electrical connection between the components. The figure shows the physically desired destination of the components in the freezer.

    Not Cold

    Enough

The problem may beI am in poor cooling control or in the cooling system. Cooling control is nothing more than a thermostat that controls the constant current of the compressor, just like a thermostat controls the heating process in your home. Bimetal thermostat springs can immediately affect authorization and contacts; Switching off the compressor before reaching the set temperature. No doubt bypass the refrigeration controls and watch the freezer cool down. If someone is not working, call a technician to check the refrigerant levels and therefore the pressure.

    Excessive Icing

Ice build-up in the freezer is an example of a malfunctioning automatic defrost system. In most examples, the problem is a faulty defrost hourglass. Turn the defrost timer clockwise by hand until the compressor stops, then wait for the ice to melt. If ice remains, then your central heating or defrost thermostat is faulty and the ingredients should be replaced.

The freezer is not working and your light is not working

    • Make sure the cooler is plugged in

    • Check fuse or tripped circuit breaker

    • Check pressure output for voltage

    • Make sure the power cord is not damaged

    • Eliminate the use of an extension cord if used

    • Check the voltage at the wall outlet

    • If the voltage reaches the wall outlet, trace the wiring to the freezer, then check the components. Or a short circuit has occurred, whichIt can be found and repaired, or there is electrical damage in the freezer

The freezer is in no rush, but the lights are on

    • Check all settings

    • Without a doubt, clean the condenser coils

    • Unplug the freezer, wait at least two hours and plug it back in. If you hear it working, the main problem is that the compressor is overheating successfully

There are many factors that prevent the freezer from starting up: poor refrigeration control or thermostat limitation, poor starting relay, very bad defrost timer, or bad air compressor. If the compressor is humming but not running, the problem may be more of a faulty starter relay or an air compressor. The compressors have two electrical loops, a starting winding and a drive winding.
