In the single taskbar, I have a legend that fluctuates between a shield with no access and a green shield for disabled patients.
Every few minutes or so, a scrolling blue dialog appears in the lower right corner telling me that my computer is also infected and has viruses. It asks me to register with various anti-malware websites which I am afraid of being scammed.
