    1. Everyone

      hello.

Reload the new Dahdi config by entering one of the following 3 commands in the Asterisk CLI: pbx * CLI>: dahdi restart pbx * CLI>: reinstall chan_dahdi.so pbx * CLI>: part reload chan_dahdi.so

Context: Am I the correct administrator for BES 5.0.3MR6. I have been using some kind of Sprint 9930 with bridge for a while to test the playbook. This 9930 had problems with the keyboard as well as having the 9930 swap activated. When replacing the 9930, the same BES rules were applied.

Problem: My wife and I tried to start My World using AppWorld and got the Fanbase error message: An error occurred. Please try again later. (Error 40850) id: My spouse and I do not think there is another problem with the Blackberry ID because I was monitoring this Wi-Fi turned on and trying to access MyWorld again. This time it worked.

IQuestion: Can’t findanswer, what this error means or how it is correct. Does anyone have a way to fix this without turning on Wi-Fi?

      Thanks !

Thanks for this answer. I see this post but this situation didn’t help me. Since I can connect the 9930 to MyWorld via Wi-Fi, I will ask our device group to verify that this replacement phone is showing the correct data plan. This must be one of the few things that experts say I have no way of testing in our corporate environment.

    Thanks again !

      Hello everyone.

Context: I am the administrator of BES 5.0.3MR6. I have been using Sprint 9930 for a while and have used Bridge for testing with a Playbook. This 9930 had keyboard issues and of course I activated the replacement 9930. The same BES systems are used Used when this 9930 was completely replaced.

Problem: I tried to start My World from AppWorld and got the following error message: An error occured. Please try more later. (Error 40850) id: I don’t think there is a problem with the Blackberry ID as then I turned on Wi-Fi and tried to access MyWorld again. This time it worked.

IQuestion: I can’t seem to find an answer to the question, what does the error mean or how to recommend it. Does anyone have a way to fix this without turning on the wifi?

      Thanks !

    3. From the Asterisk CLI, you can use the “show module” codes to determine the state of the module. Prior to Asterisk 10, you could only see if a module type was loaded.

Thank you die for finding answer. I looked at this post, but did it really help me? Since I can easily use Wi-Fi to add the 9930 to MyWorld, I’ll probably ask our device group to make sure this replacement phone has the correct data plan. This is just one of the few things that I cannot explore in our corporate environment.

      Thanks again !

Context: tomorrow I will be the administrator of BES 5.0.3MR6. I have been using Sprint 9930 for a while to create a playbook testing bridge. In this 9930 the keyboard situations were evolved and I activated the replacement for the 9930. When replacing this 9930, the same BES rules were applied.

Problem: I tried to start My World from AppWorld and got the following error message: An error occured. Please try again later. (Bug 40850) Identity: I don’t think there is a problem with the Blackberry ID because I just turned on Wi-Fi and tried to access MyWorld again. This time it worked.

Question: I can’t seem to find an answer what this error means or how to fix it. Does anyone have a way to fix this without enabling it for Wi-Fi?

Thanks for your reply. I saw this because of the post, but it didn’t work for me. Since I can use Wi-Fi to connect, I would say the 9930 is connected to MyWorld, so I will ask our device group to directly come up with this replacement phone with the Creative Data plan. This is one of the few things that I cannot check for ourcorporate environment.
