I recently moved from my favorite email service provider (GoDaddy) to a new mail server that requires MS Exchange. When I made the changes, my own rules started having problems. I recreated all “incoming” emails on their Outlook server via .Com, in both informational accounts were affected by the switch to Exchange. Created after deletion. I have the same rules as the community (client only). The system works for approx.week. Then until this week, I started getting the full message “An error occurred while fetching rules from the server. The rule format from probably the server was not recognized” on one of my email accounts that could stop this because it does. I haven’t completely turned off the rules in your life, see if that makes a difference, and keep in mind that it doesn’t. It should be distinguished that the rules are executed on the server itself. They have disappeared locally and I get an error every time I go to my work version of Outlook or try to manage rules from this desktop.
