Sometimes your system may display an error with Bobcat error code 21-03. There can be several reasons for this problem. Error code 21-03 indicates that the Bobcat controller assembly is no longer receiving another voltage signal on wire 8550, telling it that the glow plug has fired on command. The problem may be a damaged 8550 cable or a faulty relay. Make sure the glow plug relay clicks very hard during normal ignition.

I definitely have 5610 Tool Cat giving you the code 21-03 Glow select Error OFF, it looks like it works, I parsed it well and now it won’t start. any ideas check thanks
all backups. Report glow plug replacement. The code means that the controller does not recognize the power of the relay too much. Thumbs up:
I have a Cat 5610 tool that often has a code of 21-03. ideas thanks

Ignition key does not require power supply Published: 11:09 11.02.2016
I need a Bobcat S1852004 I bought it used and spent about 2 years assembling it, each time with a light load. It has almost 1700 hours on it and also some rust. Now I need an electrical problem that started a month ago with a notification that the glow plugs are not working, a warning light and an error code (21-03). The fasteners did not work because the drive mechanism was difficult to start. The temperature was around 50 ° C.I’m just checking the fuses and relays that are under the front seat. The fuses were fine and these pins looked good after cleaning the pins. Now there is no more electricity for the novice switch, no more beeps or time indication, nothing. Removing mixes and relays likely resulted in a huge loss in switch performance. I checked the power on these relay connectors (which pin 30 was connected to) and OK, this was the power supply on all six relays. The battery is good.I cleaned the ground wire behind the cab, which is about high on the positive side. More than one cable was screwed to the frame…The rocker switch harness connects directly to the rear of the right-hand instrument panel. So, the power supply is the path to the ignition switch through which the right instrument panel of this wiring harness passes. The ignition switch connector is difficult to remove.I’m going to subscribe to this switch socket and see if there is a current that is usually there, I doubt there is.I can provide a link to a set of schematic images. In this wiring diagram, my ignition switch is not shown, it seems quite convenient to me. It shows the left and right panels and the fuse / relay center operator. http://s12.photobucket.com/user/lanceh5/library/BobcatFor me, this is a slow process.
2004 Bobcat S185 is rusty, but several hours have passed

Since you received 1 error code, I am assuming you currently have a G series machine with an LCD screen on the left. p>
The glow plugs are controlled by the computer and not by the switch itself. You have multiple ranges on the computer, then the customer has fuses and relays.
I would repair the connector on the computer and make sure the connectors are not corroded. Connections on harvesters and relays may look good, but internally they may be bad. Replace the glow plug relay with a real starter relay if that changes anything.
