Link to the above stream in which a Cisco VPN client user tries to connect but receives the error “Error 5: hostname does not exist in your lifetime for this internet connection entry”, address (or IP), name groups, with a group password (and confirmation) that the connection could not be established.
SOLUTION.
Are you worried that the .pcf file on your computer is now damaged, you need to restore it. Occurs (usually because your system manages to lose connection or hangs when connecting to a client)
*** Windows 7 ***
1. Navigate to: C: Program Files Cisco Client Profiles
2 systems vpn. … Right-click the .your ..pcf file
3. Click “Inrestore the latest versions “.
4. Choose a date when buyers have any problem and safely restore that particular file (to delete the current file)
*** previous operating systems ***
– since you cannot restore the list this way, use either System Restore to restore your computer to an earlier date, or:
1. Go to the same space on a colleague’s computer
