Why can’t I adjust the single bed with the remote?

If you have stolen your smart bed set and have not downloaded the Sleeptracker app, you may not be able to smooth the bed with the remote control at this time. When you set up a smart bed through the Sleeptracker app, the software app updates the firmware on the main bed. Alternatively, if someone hasn’t downloaded the Sleeptracker app and updated the bed firmware, you can turn off the Sleeptracker processor under your bed. The central unit is attached to the underside of the beds and loosely to other useful beds. This is about 5 “x 3.75” plastic tape 4 using Ethernet and has the topmost label on it. Temporarily disconnect power to the processor to restore remote control settings. After exporting the Sleeptracker app, reconnect your computer and follow the on-screen instructions to download the processor firmware update.

Which iOS phones need to be compatible with the Sleeptracker ^® app?

Sleeptracker ^® is easily compatible with iPhone 5, possibly later with iOS10 or newer.

Which Android phones can be compatible with the Sleeptracker ^® app?

Yes, Sleeptracker ^® works with iPad with iOS 10 or higher and Android tablets with 6 OS.0 or higher.

Will my data be transferred if I switch from iOS to Android from a really good phone?

Yes, all data can be stored in the cloud and easily downloaded to an Apple or Android device.

How to prepare delivery?

You don’t need to do anything to prepare the SmartMotion Base delivery. However, if you want, you can download everything withSleeptracker app from the Stow app. Visit sleeptracker.com/support for more information.

What should I do basically after downloading the Sleeptracker app?

After downloading Sleeptracker, simply launch the app and follow the onscreen instructions. They walk you through the couch and account setup process.

I have to provide a barcode during setup, where can I find it?

The barcode can be found in two places:

1. on the back of the player manual
2. on the underside of a smart and cheap bed

How do I know I’m connected to my super smart bed?

When all your mobile devices are connected to the bed, the bed icon in the upper right corner of the monitor will turn white. If not attached, the bed icon is definitely gray. Tap the icon to check your overall status.

How to use a second bed that becomes adjustable with twopre-installed Sleeptracker® sensors (Beautyrest SmartMotion 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 or Serta Motion Custom II)?

After the first sleeper finishes the setup, the second sleeper should receive the Sleeptracker® app on their exclusive phone or mobile device and help create their own Sleeptracker® account. Make sure your phone or mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the smart bed. When triggered, select Sleeptracker® Base Adjustment Option, then Existing Smart Bed. You will be presented with a file of smart beds available across your entire Wi-Fi network (possibly only one). Choose the name of the bed and the second most important bed is ready. You can use a second Sleeptracker® sensor.

Which mattress brands are compatible with SmartMotion Base and Sleeptracker App?
