I bought an HP Pavilion dv2000 when Windows Vista first came out and it worked pretty well until graphics card owners started behaving badly six months later. The laptop has a great new nVidia GeForce Go7200 graphics card and will display the blue screen of death for the following reason:

I reinstalled Vista on my laptop, but it still happened. I uninstalled the drivers and the program works with the standard Vista graphics drivers.
