Find old forgotten accounts, surround them with #if 0 , but #endif ,Run make install from the source and kernel information directory.I’ll bring your changes to version control, etc. But not all steps are critical.

header file for “Big Kernel Lock” that no longer exists when using 2.6.39. The author of this taxi driver has a lot to do to modernize it.

I also noticed that the new kernels contain the dvb-usb module-it913x . Maybe you can stop using the driver from the usually old tree and use this one instead?
