Is there a good fix for this? I searched his forums for hours and even got confused. I deleted the intellisync folders, deleted all my appointments in the whole calendar, checked all my people for errors, tried 4.6 DM as well as 4.7. I tried dragging the advanced thing. I tried restoring previous backups. nothing really works!
I am using Alltel WE 8830, v4.50.160, 4.6.0.19 on any Microsoft Manager desktop, Office Outlook 2002 (11.8217.8221) SP3. I don’t know what other interesting information is needed.

  • Not a dead horse to beat, I au otherwise, have you tried the two fixes suggested in the thread? One solution was probably to find a contact who didn’t have a first name, last name, or company name. V Another fix was overtime, more complex with the battery.

There are no problems here. Dead horses are usually sane.
    I’ve come so far

“From the LEFT, press sync each time in the configuration (not the sync button in the middle). Now call sync on the right and let it scroll to the right until the “Select ‘app for device'” window appears.

Mine doesn’t work. Mine sorts everything but errors. I have deleted a number of contacts from my list. Anything suspicious has been removed i.

Back up someone’s c:Documents and SettingsUsersLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlookOutlook.pst… and if it was me I would do the second truth, I’m just being paranoid to close Move this to… Delete c:Documents and SettingsUsersLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlookOutlook.pst.

Fire up Outlook and it actually gives you a whole bunch of errors asking you to create a new .pst file. Delete the IntelliSync folder again. Sync and if your problem goes away. If so, export the contacts from each of our old PST files and import them into the new PST file. Keep syncing and see if your issue is resolved.
