Uninstall Microsoft .net Framework 3-4 and reinstall Skype

Select START > RUN and type %appdata%skype

Press Enter.

You should now be in the entire C:Users%username%AppDataRoamingSkype

Find and delete this Shared.xml

Restart your computer and Skype.

You must be ready to use Skype to chat or make calls in the same way as before ðŸ™ ‚

If the whole Office installation says there is a problem, only someone can:

Click Start.
Then click All.
Select Microsoft Office, then right-click on each heading that appears.
Select “Run as administrator” then “Continue” and this notification should turn onClick “Done”.

If someone’s activation fails, you can activate the product by voice. Complete the activation and follow the instructions on the screen.
