      Ralph Berets was born on December 5, 1939 in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Before giving birth, Ralph Otto’s male father, mother Hilda, and grandparents fled Nazi Germany to Holland in 1935, to the Netherlands. Once there, Otto walked into a fabric store with a helpful old German friend who had moved to the area a few years ago. The business flourished and provided the family with a unique and comfortable middle-class lifestyle, eventually after the German invasion of the Netherlands in May 1940.

      Susan was born to an influential child to a conservative Jewish family in Roznava, Slovakia. My mother, your beloved, and your father owned a dry goods store. Susan was thirteen when the war broke out. This illness of the concentration camp became known, and Father Roznava and Susan decided to expel her family from Slovakia as soon as possible. His father or mother had a brother in the United States who helped their child obtain a visa. They traveled the world in New York aboard the SS. August 3, 1939 in Washington.

    Sheila was the only daughter of Bela and Isaac Peretz in Chelm, Poland. He I was probably a thriving Jewish community. Some time ago, during the war, his family owned a large apartment building on Lyubelskaya Street, and Sheila’s father owned a Singer sewing machine shop. Sheila’s parents both had large, close-knit families, and her childhood was probably filled with love and joy.
