If the problem persists, you can run the System File Checker (SFC) utility. This handy built-in tool checks your file system.
1. Click “Start” and start typing “cmd” on your personal keyboard.
2. A black cmd icon should appear in the scan results.
3. Right-click it and select “Run as administrator”.
4. When singingIf you are prompted for a password, enter it as an administrator and click OK.
5. A new completely black window may open. In this window, you can enter commands yourself.
6. Type sfc /scannow and also press Enter.
7. This process will be known for a long time. You can skip these black windows and view the results.
In Outlook, click File on PC or Preferences on Mac. Then click “Add Account” on PC or “New Account” on Mac. Then all you have to do is enter the email account you want to add. You may also need to give Outlook access to your entire account by going to the description you add in Outlook and enabling access as well.
Return to the black window at time a and check if each operation has completed.
After the SFC process is complete, restart your computer. After the reboot, check for updates again.
