    This is actually related to my article on this site, but I think it deserves its own thread and will definitely grab attention with a more specific title. Sorry if this has something to do with crossposting.

    I want the update to be my BIOS on my EEE PC 900. I’m using Rev. 0802 then right.

    Using our wiki, I downloaded 900-ASUS-0906.zip from here. I unpacked the package and saved the .rom file once 900.On rom to a Fat32 formatted USB stick.

    [SIDE] The wiki originally said to help you name the file 701.ROM, not to mention it’s a bit confusing since the device doesn’t say it’s a 701 model. It just had to be named like this , as you wish. . Well I googled and found that it is XXX.ROM where XXX is your wide model. Anyway, I tried both methods and the same result is shown below. However, I managed to update the wiki with my husband and my findings[/sidenote]
