I really don’t want to uninstall / reinstall IIS, uninstall IIS service pack, CAS, reinstall CAS, expand Owa virtual directory again and hopefully keep it working without losing virtual data. What are the suggestions (exactly)?

It is troubling how the best company in the world is producing a certain core product like Exchange due to internal issues affecting employee skills without any basic article or answer. I’m waiting for SP1 because we seem to be stuck in 2007 towards Exchange 2003 where everything was very simple and where everything works like in the Just docs? My opinion, but Exchange 2007 really looks like a product experiment to eliminate major downtime and reinstall larger components. Should I be a little depressed.
