Today’s guide was created to help you when you receive the Outlook Express Socket Error 10061.

What does this mean for Server Windows 2008 R2? After installing this update, and finally, in order to perform any kind of cleaning, it is indeed necessary to install the Desktop Experience feature. Each computer needs its own port, and each program opens ports in a different way. To cause this error, the user must consult with the server’s support team to find out which ports are required and refer to the user manual or customer service to unblock the specified port (s).
But… we can’t do anything with what we just installed until we get the Disk Cleanup program to be installed along with the Desktop Experience feature.

Once either option is indeed selected, you should see the options to clean up Service Pack backup files and clean up Update Center.Windows as shown below. Both of these options will almost certainly “safely” remove items from the WinSXS directory and free up disk space.
1) Install Desktop Experience if not already installedflax and restart it.
2) Set the appropriate registry keys to automate the cleanup in some way. The script does not clean up the previous Windows Update files, it cleans up the update package files.
4) If Desktop Experience has not yet been installed, the uninstall type will remove it.
The script can be run from any directory on a specific server. It has two parameters: LogPath and a NoReboot switch. LogPath allows the user to use the location of the log, or if not specified, the default package will create a log in our directory where the software was run. NoReboot allows the work unit to suppress reboot, but requires a manual reboot from the administrator.
Note. Be sure to review the log file to make sure someone’s process completed successfully and to make sure no manual intervention is required. After the script completes successfully, the log ends with a CleanMgr completion message.
