The attachment should open on the screen. If this method does not open, save the installation and then open it with an appropriate program.

Save Attachments

To include it in an attachment in the future, you must bookmark it. You should also bookmark the attachment if you want to make any changes to the view. The instructions below are for saving attachments, not attachments and messages.

Save Attachments: Open On Click

   The attachment must open on a specific screen. If it doesn’t open, animate the attachment and then open it with an appropriate program

   NOTE. For more information, see Save attachment before opening below.

2. In the program you chose to open the attachment, choose Save As… from the File menu.

3. 

   Go back to the desired drive and directory

4. (Optional) Change filename

5. Click SAVE or OK

Keep Attachments: Before Opening

1. Twice click the link icon

2. Click SAVE
   in the warning window to open the email attachments.The “Save as…” chat window will appear.

3. Browse to desired drive and directory

4. (Optional) Change filename

5. Click SAVE

Remove Attachments

If you have saved the add-on (eg on the H: drive), you can “remove” it from the Netmail message. This will allow you to get a new disk quota.

NOTE. It does not consume power when viewing messages in the Reading Pane. You have to open messages a lot to delete their attachments.

1. Right-click the attachment icon » select Delete and Delete

2. To close the message, choose Close

   from the File menu.

3. Click Yes

   in the Save Changes Confirmation dialog box, which looks like this.
