UPDATE: I have reviewed the Polycom UC 5.2.0 administration documentation. The receive jitter buffer can be set to any type a: voice.rxQoS.avgJitter, not to mention voice.rxQoS.maxJitter. I’ll try changing those settings and see if it improves.

Jitter=197ms (Red)
Packet loss = 0.2% (green)
MOS=1 (red)
