The taskbar provides quick access to applications: to remove a program window, you usually double-click the icon on your laptop or computer with the left mouse button; for other actions, right-click at the same time.
Some Windows programs run better in the background and don’t get in the way, as I would say. To prevent the program from being minimized manually each time it launches for free, you can move the program’s shortcut so that it automatically minimizes. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Right-click the shortcut of the program that the person wants to run, minimized and select Properties. Step 2. Click the entire drop-down menu under Run. Third step: select “Reduced”, then click the “OK” button.
In the one-person example, we configure TechSmith’s Snagit software to automatically start in a minimized window. Snagit is a screen capture program that does not run in the foreground. There is no setting in Snagit so that mito minimize it, so we’ll customize Windows for ourselves.
The system key is the notification area on the taskbar of your operating system. It contains tokens that allow users to easily use system functions such as email, printers, network connections, and volume control. The icons also indicate the basic states of the processes running on some computers.
Step by step: right-click the shortcut of the program you want to launch and select Properties.
