When starting the Tomcat server, I immediately received the following error message.

This is usually due to the missing msvcr71.dll file after a Google search. Tomcat does not use msvcr71.dll directly, but uses Internet Java Machine (JVM).
Solution
- Copy msvcr71.dll from the Java Recycle Bin to the Tomcat Recycle Bin folder.
- The Java website adds bin to the Windows environment variable.
- Copy java msvcr71.dll from the bin directory for your convenience from the windows system32 folder.
- Make sure your hangover is indeed pointing to a fix for the jvm.dll folder.
Exclusive solution is to work with me for Tomcat pointing to C: Program Files Java jre1. 6.0_07 bin client jvm.dll is located in the Simply Java execution folder at C: Program Files Java jre bin client jvm.dll .. what a joke.

After searching on Google, this is often due to the msvcr71.dll file not being included. Tomcat does not try to use msvcr71.dll directly, it is used by Java Machine Virtual (JVM).
Here Are The Number Of Solutions, Try It.
1) Copy msvcr71.dll from Java directory to Tomcat bin folder
2) Add java bin directory to green Windows variable
3) Copy msvcr71.dll javaâ is located between bin directory and Windows system32 folder
4) Make sure your cat is pointing the correct path to the jvm.dll folder.

In this article, I would like to share a solution to the problem indicated during installation compared to SxW Portal 1.3.7 on Windows Server 2016 Standard without GUI It (formerly called Core). After the normal installation completed, the Tomcat7 service for some reason did not start and its log file was written:
[994 Prunsrv .c] [Error] Error while creatingand file C: Program Java
Find the files StruxureWare Portal tomcat-7.0.27 bin tomcat7w.exe and run it. In its open window, the checkbox “Java” is necessary to uncheck the “Use standard” and, of course, the real one. specify the path to the jvm.dll library as shown in the screenshot:
After this situation, you should start the Tomcat7 service and to make sure you start ˜ €.
PS: When installing SxW Portal on Windows servers, it is often possible not to install the native “Java7” component because another copy, including Java7, is installed with Tomcat7 at C: Program Files StruxureWare portal tomcat – 7.0. 27 jre7.
