I disabled safe_mode in my favorite php.ini file and checked it by running phpinfo ();
What could be the malfunction? I also checked to see if there are many conflicting .htaccess or vhost.conf files. Nothing signals that safe_mode is on.

I can’t mention that you tried to contact your ISP, I think you are running on a dedicated server. And I’m guessing someone was trying to find this error message on the accessible forum. You may have ignored this post, which prompts the husband and wife to exit backup mode:

Queue processing is required, but the error is almost always the same.
With safe_mode ON I don’t get this error, but of course with the < warning.
Has anyone fixed this issue? I am not asking to start sending safe_mode campaigns included .
