We have a major case filed by our vendor who suggested that the problem was due to FS being logged and asked us to give Symantec a positive answer as we are installing vxvm to the FS server and the operating systems are already encapsulated under vxvm, we have Veritas version 4.0 installed and the Symantec web server is not registering the case, although EOS for vxvm version 4.0 was tentatively approved in 2011. The Ci below is indeed the vxvm product installed on your system.
