Troubleshooting Win32 Error 1450

Recently, some readers reported that they encountered Win32 error 1450.

My Data Protector servers run Win2k3 Standard 64-bit with 4GB of RAM. Client
The problem with the backup is Win2k3 Ent. 16 GB of RAM and a lot of files.
According to the knowledge system article, the reason lies in the exhaustion of the “non-paged” pool space.
I checked the nonpaged memory in the client and it is 109MB out of 260MB.
My Cell Manager has a 1.8GB limit for nonpaged vacation pools as I knew it was 64-bit and it currently has 62MB. Logic dictates that what looks like Cell Manager is causing the person to have “error 1450” Messages.
In messageIt also indicates that this is the message that the operating system sent to the DP software. Which server sent this? 16GB RAM Client or Cell Manager? I cannot find any hints or event IDs in the event logs referenced by MS in the document.
We usually have problems with backing up data on Windows Server 2003.
