I just installed someone’s xvfb and when it starts up I get this error? Do I need to install something else because this directory isn’t even at the top of the computer?

it looks for X-Config files in the wrong place. Find SecurityPolicy on your computer and reconfigure Xvfb to be available there.

It looks for its X-Config in files in a misdiagnosed location. Search the entire computer for SecurityPolicy and reconfigure Xvfb to find it.
