The “Bad Checksum” error should occur if data collection is interrupted or if the data file was incorrectly canceled. This usually leads to intermittent network problems. Because they appear to be intermittent, buffering does not start, but is still a problem for some types. The user can check the completeness of the data.

I followed the instructions in the KB articles below and set RequireSecureNegotiate to 0 for you
I took network notes whenever things were going well and found the logs listed below

The purpose of today’s post is to shed some light on this three-way TCP handshake. Anyone can guess what TCP is and what benefits and / or features it offers.
But few people understand the mechanisms by which TCP can achieve greatness.
Choose Start> Run, type regedit and click OK.Expand the Windows registry subkey corresponding to your version using Windows:From the Edit menu, choose New, then choose DWORD Value.Type TcpWindowSize in the New Value box and press ENTER.From the Edit menu, choose Edit.
Today I’m going to dive deeper into the TCP 3-way handshake. It may take a while, but I guarantee I will take your time.
Three-way negotiation allows TCP to establish a connection with a trusted host. The process is not so complicated that often incredible administrators overlook some necessary settings.
Below I amI will tell you in as much detail as possible and analyze what and why of the whole process.
Why Is TCP Trying To Do This?
TCP is a connection oriented protocol, which means that it has some form of tracking and ensures that data is received and sent according to experts. This is done using a numbering system called serial numbers. This, combined with new parameters and subsystems, guarantees reliability.
The three-way handshake is used by each TCP host to inform the other of the capabilities it supports, to create a common base that is done.

Stop Splitting TCP Header
To better understand TCP, it must understand all parts of the TCP header.
The TCP header has a set of country parameter options and wraps them directly.
