In 2008 I had problems with this Dell Inspiron 1420, under warranty I downloaded two drivers, one just for my wifi card and the other for saving audio. Less than once, I had problems with my Wi-Fi card and called Dell again, but since my warranty ended, they refused to help me, although this awesome problem is probably a continuation of the same problem. I found software and things on their website that were considered good until a particular computer was infected with security malware. After I started cleaning and was able to use the computer, I sometimes get the following error message:

I’m trying to follow the instructions – I swear I’m not a complete idiot, but the Windows notification just tells me I need to download the board website for new drivers. I always find other namesfor the life I dream of when this card is all over the place. Can the company tell me EXACTLY where to put the card and / or network in order to download a new suitable driver?
I have tried several drivers and they are all showing up on my computer. I reinstall it but the problem persists.
I rarely use my portable card. I have a home network and I get a VERY SPORADIC error message that I never use, make sure it is connected, or how to check if I have repaired it. There is a Wi-Fi hotspot where I live and I never seem to have influenced it, but I’m not sure if this important issue is stable or if it pops up and panics for a while.
If anyone can help me, perhaps I would be grateful – I just have an unpleasant feeling when I REALLY need a wireless connection that stops working during the day – Murphy’s Law.

I have a Dell Inspiron 5537 installed with Windows 7. I am specifically upgrading my laptop to Windows 10.
