Fix Missing Taskbar In Win XP

Recently, some of our readers have reported that they cannot find the taskbar in Win XP.

Press this Windows key on your keyboard to open the Start menu. This will actually bring up the taskbar as well. Right-click the now visible taskbar and select Taskbar Options. Tap the Automatically hide taskbar in home mode switch to turn it off, or tap to enable Lock each taskbar.

I have my own face that uses the Pulse Launcher app. Below are the steps to get the error.

1. After that, I quickly got the “Open Pulse Secure Application Launcher” popup, I clicked on the same.

3. After 1/2 minute I got an error message. “An internal error has occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your company administrator.”

I use the Windows 8 operating system and Puls Secure to restore a company system.

Open the taskbar and start menu properties dialog box.Select Lock Entire Taskbar. Click a taskbar tab to view and change settings for that particular taskbar.

How can I get rid of such annoying DRM?

Download regdelnull.exe and place it in C:

The few calls to regdelnull above HKEY_CURRENT_USER (HKCU for short) and HKEY_USERS (HKU for short) actually iterate over the whole thing . You’ll probably find various other null registry keys all over the lake because you’re not *only* targeting the SecuROM keys it makes so far. However, regdelnull will prompt you for your own full path for any key found by that element that contains all the “SecuROM” names if it’s one of the ones you’re looking for, so you can actually check the names and just remove the “y” two of them .

2. Check your computer files. Do you still see keys under HKEY_CURRENT_USER—Software—Securom? Just remove the suction cups. Won’t explode.

3.If that pesky SecuRom folder still can’t be deleted, download DelinvFile from http://www.purgeie.com following the instructions above/delinv/dldelinv.htm. . Run the executable and locate the file C:Documents and SettingsYOUR NAME HEREApplication DataSecurom and open the subfolder. (sorry, mine is gone, but I think it should be called “user data”). At the end, select and delete every bad file. Go back to My Computer and permanently delete the SecuRom folder.

Restart File Explorer.Empty icon cache.Remove and re-pin the icons to the taskbar.Turn off tablet mode.Troubleshoot in Clean Boot State.Update your display driver.Use File Association Fixer to fix PNG / JPG associations.Restore the system image and run SFC with FixWin.

1. Right-click on the taskbar, uncheck the box next to Lock the taskbar> position the cursor over the edge of the taskbar, click and hold> drag the software down> click again, check the box next to it to lock the taskbar.
