Solution 1: NDMP uses different vents on the media server and the remote server.

NDMP (Network Data Management Protocol) is the protocol used by the Backup Exec Remote Agent.

NDMP runs on port 10000 by default.
If media-server is targeting port 10000, but the remote server was using NDMP on a port other than 10000, this may also crash.

If there is no entry where the service file (in C: Windows System32 Drivers etc) means NDMP, this means that the standard port 10000 is used.
