This software is manufactured under license from Belkin and Belkin’s suppliers, if applicable. “Software” means all firmware and, in addition, all related file types related to the Product; any program, tool or “application” and related files relating to the Product; Nearly changed versions and updates in addition to enhancements to these programs (if made available through web updates), nearly later versions of these programs, and all copies of these programs in addition to these files. The software does not include most of the open source software (as noted below).

By “you” we mean the purchaser, person or other end user of the product that includes the Progsoftware, or the purchaser, recipient or other end subscriber of the Software on an individual basis. “You” may also mean a brand new person who has downloaded the software from an authorized website such as http://www.belkin.com or from an authorized marketplace or marketplace such as the Apple App Store or Google Play (each the app or marketplace store may be referred to in this Agreement as the “App Store” and collectively referred to as the “App Stores”).

1. LICENSE GRANT. Belkin hereby grants you the right to use the following: (i) if your Product is not likely to be a “Small and Medium Business or SMB” trademark, for your personal non-commercial use; or (ii) if your product is a “small and medium business product, possibly small and medium business” for your personal or simple business use; Copies of the Software in object code form on property owned by you (or, in the case of firmware, a copy of the firmware on a systemobject code only on the Product, which refers solely to the firmware). Subject to a specific license, you may (A) use any software as described in the software’s user documentation; (B) if the Software is offered for download on a personal netbook or mobile device, make as many copies of the Software as each person reasonably needs for their own use (this does not include firmware); however (C) irrevocably transfer all of your company’s rights to use the Product (including but not limited to the Software) to any other person, provided that such person also agrees to be bound by this Agreement strictly and you agree to such transfer of certain products and software, which are no longer used. 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS. The software is provided to you under thelicensed, not produced. You only have this specific non-exclusive right to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement. You may not (i) modify, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works of the specific Software, product incorporating the Software, or user documentation (unless permitted under the applicable open source license) without Belkin’s prior consent as set forth in such Mods: (ii) rent, sublicense, trade, rent, redistribute or otherwise distribute any type of software or user documentation (except as expressly permitted above), whether for commercial or other purposes; (iii) adapt, disassemble, decipher, or decompile any Product or Software, or otherwise attempt to convert the Software into a human-readable form, except as permitted by applicable law.m law, or if Belkin is required to allow such activities in accordance with the keywords of the applicable open base license; (iv) remove or modify any trademark, trademark or other proprietary notices in a secure location from the Software or the Player Documentation; (v) use the Product, Software and User Documentation to develop the Hardware Product and/or Software with or without ruthlessness other than as provided in this Agreement or the Buyer Documentation; (vi) if the software is indeed firmware, make one copy of the firmware (other than a backup copy for archival purposes only), use it on any type of multi-user system, or use it separately from the product bundle on which it is normally embedded; (vii) use the Software to transmit software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files or programs or simply to bypass, disableInterfering with or otherwise interfering with the security features of the Software; (viii) use the Software to store or collect identifying information of third parties, to send unauthorized, commercially fabricated messages, or to violate the privacy rights of third parties; and (ix) use the Software for any unlawful purpose and/or in any manner that violates this Agreement. All reasonable rights not expressly granted to you or Belkin under this Agreement are reserved by Belkin. You will be far from acquiring such rights, whether by estoppel, by implication or otherwise.
